District 484 is being designed for an approximately 1.17-acre, long, narrow parcel along SW Highway 484 in the Ocala area. All public vehicle access is proposed to come from the highway at the front of the site. The property is being planned for outdoor dining, local vendors, events, landscaping, seating, and community gathering.
